We take great pride in all the designs we create and curate. In the rare case that you do not like the product, or are unable to make space for it, you may cancel the order only in the following cases and in the following manner.
1. Cancellation prior to dispatch – You can cancel your order for any Product at any time prior to its dispatch by calling our customer care no. 9718819898 and selecting the ‘Request cancellation’ option. For cancellations made before a Dispatch Attempt, any advance paid will be refunded as per Romania Bathtub’s refunds policy. A dispatch attempt is defined as a goods sent out from our company premises and handed over to the shipping or transport company. However, in case of cancellation of any made to order Product (“MTO”) prior to dispatch, any and all advance paid by You shall be forfeited.
2. Cancellation at the time of delivery – In case if there is any defect in the product, you may can return the same on the spot, at the time of delivery. The product will be replaced free of cost. Cancellation without any damage or manufacturing defect at the time of delivery is not allowed.
3. Cancellation after delivery is not allowed.
